Welcome to the first Giveaway of 2012! It’s only appropriate to start the first giveaway off with this Goal/Wish list, don’t you think?
Oh boy, this year may turn out to be the busiest year for Decoylab! I won’t go into specifics as you will find out in a couple of months, but let’s just say that the market is getting bigger. Since I have no way of knowing what to expect, all I can say is “Bring it!”
So – let’s start this giveaway… This is how it works — To enter this month’s giveaway, please answer the question:
If you win the GOAL/WISH clipboard, what would be the first thing you would write?
And leave your answer in the comment section below. One winner will be chosen randomly at the end of this month.
As always your email will not be public and will only be used to contact if you are the winner.
I will have a GOAL board and first thing I’ll write is “schedule time for creative play.” I would love to make my creative play time a routine rather than something I do when I have time. There’s been too much managerial work I’ve been doing.

My goal for the GOAL board? To actually accomplish all of my goals in a timely manner! I am the world champion of procrastinators but lists have been known to help…
I guess I should read the instructions before I comment…
First thing I’d write?
“Do everything on the list in a timely manner”
And I’d put that at the top of every new page!
I would write: lose the rest of my baby weight.
The first goal I would write is: “Have all current house projects completed by December 31st, 2012″. There are a lot of them!
Finish my thesis!
hmmm, mine is really mundane: “floss”. At least 12 times, the entire year. (setting the bar this low is still an improvement)
The first thing written, (on the coolestl GOAL/WISH Clipboard I’ve ever seen), will be done with a 1927 Sheaffer Lifetime Fountain Pen in blue Sheaffer Scrip ink. It will be a short to do list:
1. Put peg in wall to hang GOAL/WISH Clipboard in office next to kitchen.
2. Teach kids how to use it to expand their dreams and grow with it!
3. Write a very nice thank you note and mail it, right away.
I would write “get started on that scrapbook”
My goal is to take a photography course so I can be better at capturing all those treasured moments with my girls.
“Lose the baby weight!”
I would write my “get this house organized!” list down!!!
“Find more design clients!!!”
The first thing I’d write would be something that I should’ve done a long time ago – “stop being a coward and tell your best friend of 9 years that you love him before it’s too late. “
I’d write ” draw a doodle a day, and stick to it!” I need to be better about drawing daily. I doodle from time to time but I want to be more on top of things and doodle daily. Having a constant reminder on my goal list would help keep me on track. Thanks for the fabulous giveaway!

My goal is to choose healthier options n workout longer than just January!
My goal is quite simple and sort of two parted: live healthy and enjoy life to the fullest!
“make time to do more photography”
I rather modestly wish for a new bedclock. That would be first on the list because it is hard to manage without one.
I would write my resolution for the year to keep me focused and on target.

My goal of the year is to donate one item in my closet for every new item that goes in,
go to a convalescent home at least once a month, And visit a childrens hospital at least once a month to say hi.
The notepad would be at my desk everyday to remind me!
